There are coffee grinders and then there is the KitchenAid Pro Line Burr Coffee Grinder/Mill. This professional quality grinder can be adjusted to 15 different grind sizes for just about any brewing option. The stainless-steel cutting burrs run at a low 450 RPM to preserve the coffee flavor. The KitchenAid Pro Line to designed to get a perfect grind every use. The importance of a good grind can be an overlooked step in the brewing process. Its best to start off with fresh grounds to produce the best pot of coffee. KitchenAid has managed to create a coffee grinder with all of these options in a great compact design. This wont take up much more room on the counter or in a cabinet than traditional grinders. Unfortunately there is one negative to this grinder, the price. If you are a coffee aficionado this would make a great addition to your kitchen. However if you are a casual coffee drinker I would opt for something a little cheaper.
