Cuisinart has designed a retro looking stainless-steel coffee maker with a load of features. The 12-cups of coffee is brewed through a Gold Tone filter. This makes for a better cup of coffee and eliminates messy paper filters. One feature that is missing in a lot of coffee makers is paused brewing, this one has it. The brewing process will stop if you remove the carafe to poor a quick cup, this is great for those early mornings when you need a quick cup of coffee. Cuisinart has added a great feature for those early mornings, programmable brewing. You can set the coffee maker to start brewing at a designated time, have that warm cup of coffee waiting for you in the morning.
