For those who do a lot of baking or bake in large quantities owning a stand mixer is almost a necessity. The KitchenAid KHM9PWH 9-Speed Professional Hand Mixer has all the power of commercial grade mixers but designed for home bakers. With 9-speed controls there isn't a job this mixer can't do. From light stirring to heavy mixing it can handle it all. All of this in an appliance that weighs 3 pounds, a far cry from heavy stand mixers.
